Are you an aspiring published writer of fiction or poetry? Well we’ve got a contest with you in mind. Mamalode’s deadline for our summer writing contest is drawing near. So we hope that you’ve chewed on some ideas over the summer and now have some great ideas for stories you’d like to share on Mamalode.com and in our printed magazine. Winners of the contest (in categories of fiction and poetry) will receive $150, some sweet swag and the piece will be printed in an upcoming issue of Mamalode Magazine.
The deadline for fiction and poetry pieces is September 1, 2010. There is a $15 entry fee. All submissions will be published online from September 10 to September 24, where pieces will be voted for online.
