It’s getting harder and harder to wake up for those early morning workouts with the pitch black skies until 7 AM. If you’re needing a little bit of motivation, a new study at Bangor University in Wales showed that, “Challenging mental tasks make exercise more difficult and may lower the brain’s levels of dopamine, a chemical that keeps your motivated.” Get your workout done in the morning before you head to work to avoid struggling through an afternoon or evening session with no energy or putting it off altogether.
