Mamalode has been nominated for “Shine A Light” and needs your endorsement fast. (Endorsements deadlines are on September 13th, YIKES!) So, help us build a bigger, stronger community for all you moms out there by endorsing Mamalode now.

2. Then endorse mamalode here. All you need to do is press the endorse button. Please check to make sure your vote counted by watching the “Spotlights” and see that the number did indeed go up when you endorsed (for some reason we have had more luck with the endorse button in the “Shine a light” box a bit lower on the left hand side.)
What’s “Shine A Light”? NBC Universal and American Express are calling for people across the country to nominate and vote for the small business story that most inspires them. Now more than ever, people cherish the small businesses in their neighborhood, and through this program, they can spotlight small business owners for all that they do, and the role they play in driving economic recovery.
“Shine A Light,” which marks the largest ever cross property campaign at NBCU, will award the winning small business with $100,000 in grant and marketing support from American Express, and the people who nominate the three small business finalists will each receive a $3,000 American Express Gift Card.
